Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the mats,
you may return unused mats* within 15 days of purchase for a refund. There
is a restocking fee of 20% for unused mats that are returned. Mats that
have been used in any way are not returnable. Mats are considered used
if they have footprints,scuffs, or are dirty. Shipping and handling costs
for returns are the customer's responsibility. If mats are shipped via
common carrier freight truck and received by the customer damaged, it
is the customers responsibility to note the damage on thedelivery receipt
and get the driver to sign also. If products are shipped via Fed Ex and
received damaged, or if we make a error in shipping, quantity or color,
US GymMats
will correct the error at no cost to the customer. If there are any problems
